Scotland Run 10K Race Recap

Coogan’s 5k Race Recap
I woke up bright and early to drag the Husband to Washington Heights for the most fun race I've ran in many years. The Coogan's Salsa, Blues and Shamrock 5k did not disappoint in any form or fashion. Manhattan 1/2 Race Recap
Yesterday was my third Manhattan 1/2 Marathon. It was a close to perfect day for a race. The best part of this race was the proximity of the start line to my bed (approximately 10 blocks). I heard once that running is 20% physical and 80% mental. Your mental game can make or break your run on any given day. One way to combat this is with your own personal mantra.
