Have a great run! ๐

Good luck tomorrow!! I’m not looking forward to the rain (no half for me, but a long run scheduled).
My stomach can’t handle garlic – I’m jealous! And I think it’s curious how many people are using chia seeds since Born To Run. Do you find that they help? Do you use them during a race, too?
Jessica @ How Sweet says
Good luck, girl! ๐

It looks like it’s gonna be a wet one! Running in the rain kinda sounds fun though ๐ Probably easy for me to say since I’m not running a half today – anyways, good luck!!

By the time you read this you will be done, so I hope it went well!!!
Your “day before the race” food looks fabulous. You need to post your food more often ๐ Those brussel sprouts look so good, they may actually cause others to want to try them!! Maybe you could post your Post race food too. Or maybe next time.
