Welcome to my new blogging home! I hope you’ll enjoy this new space. If there are any topics you’d like to see covered or have any questions regarding running you’d like to see answered here, please send me an email. My goal with this new space is to focus on providing you with content that will in some way enhance your running. I’ll also continue to document some of my own running experiences as a part of the Training Diaries and share stories from Race Pace Runners.
I debated leaving everything from FCITC behind and starting fresh, but in the end I decided I wanted everything in one place. The old content has been reorganized to make it easier to find older posts, so if you’re looking for something specific click on one of the categories on the right hand side.
Beginning this new site was a long thought out process and I’m excited it’s finally coming to fruition. If we haven’t met yet on the interwebs or in person, I invite you to read more about me and to please send me a tweet to introduce yourself!
