Summer Berry Pancake Recipe
- 1 1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 t Baking Powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 C Almond milk
- 1 T Flax meal
- 3 T warm water (to mix with flax)
- 1/2 t Cinnamon
- Dash of vanilla
- 1 C Frozen mixed berries
Recipe adapted from Oh She Glows.
Mix flax meal with warm water, set aside. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl then add almond milk and vanilla followed by the frozen berries. Cook on med-high heat.
