I’ve mentioned it before and I’ll probably mention it again… I’m a little as Ali says “excitedly busy” these days.
Feelings of “excitedly busy” can sway into feelings of anxiety occasionally. The line drawn between the two is written in pencil and life gave me big eraser, which means they collide often.
Running and training is my sanity and sometimes a good song on the train can also quickly change my mood (especially the man who managed a noteworthy performance singing Coldplay’s Paradise while playing the bongo drum on the 4 train).
Having too many eggs in my basket is a good thing. Imagine if I didn’t have any eggs at all?

Ah where would we be without good playlists? I love all of these songs. When I start to feel overwhelmed, I will put on some loud music and dance like I’m in the middle of a club in the living room by myself. Cheers me right up, and I have no one judging my white girl-no rhythm-two feet-booty shaking moves. Except the baby, but she just gets excited and wants in on it too.

Great list – Muse is a current favorite. Bongos?! People just demand attention sometimes.
Have a great week – you’re the easter bunny:)

Exactly, great way to look at it. Imagine if there were NO eggs. How boring! This is a good reminder to just stop and smell the roses, and take a little breather.
Great soundtrack Jess!
