Since filming this video with Mike, I’ve been stretching my adductors religiously in between therapy sessions. Do you stretch your adductors?
My hus has been mountain biking and this is EXACTLY what he needs to do. I emailed this!

Good reminder–I’m not the best at remembering to do that stretch. I’m always concentrating on my IT Band!
