Running Essentials: The Adductor Stretch

Today we’re heading back to Finish Line Physical Therapy to talk about another essential stretch for all runners (and other athletes).

Since filming this video with Mike, I’ve been stretching my adductors religiously in between therapy sessions. Do you stretch your adductors?

    Good reminder–I’m not the best at remembering to do that stretch. I’m always concentrating on my IT Band!
