Easy Sesame Chik’n Salad

My recipe for a good workout.

Picture 12.png

It’s my latest and greatest playlist that I’m rocking out in my Spintervals/ Spin and Sculpt class. If you want the specific workout, let me know. I’m happy to post it.

A recipe for an easy summer salad:

Green onions and carrots

IMG_1972.JPG

1 Quorn Chik’n Pattie

IMG_1980.JPG

5 crushed Kashi Honey Sesame Crackers

IMG_1974.jpg

1 tsp of toasted sesame oil

IMG_1978.jpg

Mixed with a few cups of spinach

IMG_1981.JPG

What song would you leave off my playlist and what song would you add?

I have not made a new work out play list in so long, I might need to do that and use some of your songs ๐Ÿ™‚

    Yummy salad mix!

I support any play list that gets you going…I have been doing “Insanity” for the past couple weeks, so I am not in need of a play list.

Great playlist, and even BETTER salad!! Yum. I love the idea of crackers for croutons. Clever.

I love Madonna songs when I’m working out, and Red Hot Chili PEppers. They both play really upbeat and energizing music. Oh yeah, Maroon 5 is great too!!

I love Ne-Yo! He is so under-played! And I am a Lady Ga-Ga fan as much as I don’t want to be! I’d definitely bust a move to your playlist!

I don’t think I’d take any songs off your playlist! I would add ‘Love the Way You Lie’. I’m slightly obsessed with that song right now!
