90 Minute 90’s Playlist for Your Next Long Run

What’s on your playlist right now? Just for fun I created a 90-minute 90’s playlist. It is perfect to listen to during a long run or just while cross-training at the gym.

I made this specific playlist ninety-minutes long so that it is the perfect accompaniment for long runs while half marathon training.

Ninety-minute training runs are essential to a good half marathon training plan.Here are three types of training runs that can be done during a 90-minute half marathon training run:

  1. 90-minute endurance run at a steady pace to build endurance
  2. progression run to simulate race day and practice being patient
  3. tempo intervals to increase both physical and mental fitness

 

Regardless of what kind of workout you do during your next 90-minute run, this 90’s playlist is a nostalgic nod to being a carefree kid. I hope it brings you speedy miles and brings back fun memories!
