I’ve been on a short break from teaching fitness classes which means I’ve been doing my strength workouts at home instead of at the gym. There’s really no excuse not to do a workout when it’s being done at home! (I’m telling myself so that as soon as I’m done typing this post, I’ll do it!)
Anyhow, I’m sitting here waiting for New Girl to come on and I finally figured out my workout for the night. I haven’t done this exact combo since last February and I’m going to do it tonight in my tiny living room while watching sitcoms.
