Soundtrack of My Workout {gotta do what ya gotta do}

In my running life there’s nothing I want more than a BQ.

In my running life there’s nothing I hate more than the treadmill.

My want is greater than my hate.  So last night I looked at my Say it, Do it! post and knew what had to be done when the bad weather hit… I had to run my mile repeats on the treadmill.

I’m not making any more excuses when it comes to missing my key workouts for marathon training no matter how much I hate the treadmill.

    I’m loving “Can’t Hold Us”–actually listened to it during my workout this morning!

    Great playlist! I can’t believe that Back to Love song is by Pauly D from Jersey Shore. It’s a legitimately good song!

    I really hate treadmills/ellipticals/stationary bikes as well . . . about the most boring workout in the world. One had better have some good music going or one might fall asleep during the workout for boredom.
