Shortest Race

The High Heel-a-thon was the shortest race I’ve ran since high school.  Tomorrow, I’ll be running the shortest road race I’ve ran in sneakers in eons.  The Continental Airlines Fifth Avenue Mile is tomorrow.  After the age group heats, there is a professional race.  Both Bernard Lagat and Shannon Rowbury will be competing.
