Running Essentials: A Better Calf Stretch

Today we’re back at Finish Line Physical Therapy with owner and Physical Therapist, Michael Conlon. This video will teach you how to do a dynamic stretch for both the gastrocmenius and soleus (the calf muscles).

Other videos in this series include dynamic stretches for the hips and adductors (inner thigh).

All of these stretches are dynamic and best if done both before and after your run.

    Love these videos! I’ve been doing the hip stretches from your last video and they’ve been working great! I’ll have to incorporate this one into my routine as well
