Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Don’t forget to enter my Body By Bethenny DVD Giveaway!

When I woke up this morning it was 58 degrees outside, making it the perfect day to bring back pumpkin oatmeal.

Before heading out to teach Boot Camp I whipped up a batch that tasted just like pumpkin pie.

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 T. of almond butter
  • tons of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 t. of vanilla
  • 1 T of Attune Probiotic Granola Munch (optional)

I’ve been making pumpkin oats for the past few years. This year I’m adding Attune Probiotic Granola Munch to the mix. Having a bit of chocolate in the morning makes breakfast feel like a treat.

Chocolate and pumpkin is one of my all time favorite combos. I need to make these Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins ASAP!

What’s your favorite oatmeal combo?

I love the Attune granola! I currently am enjoying the maple flavor. It’s so good and crunchy 🙂

OK, I am all over those muffins although I think I may put some protein powder in there! 🙂

I like to add my cinnamon oatmeal protein powder to my oatmeal.. some cinnamon too & flax & even coconut.. also live to add frozen BB or cherries or strawberries! Yours looks yummy & need to try!
