Five Tips for City Running

Hi! I hope you’re all at home snuggled up on the couch watching the Olympics tonight and feeling more inspired by the minute.

Today, I’m honored to be blogging over on the Brooks Blog as a guest blogger (someone pinch me!).

I haven’t always been a city girl my Tennessee roots still show from time to time in the form of an accent or a “yes ma’am”, adjusting to running in a big city took some time. After running here in NYC for twelve years I think I’ve figured it out for the most part.
