Except for the marathon training (substitute half-marathon?), I am all of those things today ๐Ÿ™‚

I read this recently also! It has really helped me with winter running. Although now I’m thankful I got in several good workouts before the blizzard.

I enlisted the treadmill for today’s run too! Better safe than sorry. Sending you an email about bookclub/”Zen and the Art of Running” right now. ๐Ÿ™‚

I just finished working from home today and now I’m catching up on blogs. I also bought a 30 day pass to the nysc right next door to my building. Hitting the gym tomorrow for sure! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Stay safe!

I’m thankful to be in Los Angeles right now. I’m rehabbing from my back injury and hoping that when I come to visit NYC in March I can have a run date with some of my favorite bridges – I miss them so much!

Congrats zane you have completed a half marathon, it seems easy but when you are participating you know you have to boost your energy level. Of course tense about the storm coming but i have decided workout at home with some stretch exercises and yoga poses.

I am going crazy not being able to train right now! This storm is really getting in the way of my half in April! ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope the weather is kind to you for training! If I lived in NYC I think I would need a monthly escape from the hustle and bustle!
