Say it, Do it! {Philly Edition}

{If you’re new to SIDI here’s some info: At the beginning of each week on FCITC “Say it, Do it” is a chance for us to commit to our workouts for the week by saying them out loud here and keeping each other accountable.}

It’s 7:30 p.m., I’m in Philly for one more night and already I’m in my p.j.’s fighting off sleep. As soon as I get back to the Big Apple I’ll give you the full report from race day!

This week I’ll need to give body ample time to recover before determining what kind of running workouts I’ll be doing. However, From the way my adductors are feeling right now, I’m not sure speedwork will be happening.

Say it, Do it!
– Run 35 miles (including at least one long run)
– two strength sessions
– one spin
– one yoga class or practice
