Coconut Berry Summer Smoothie
Once I realized how dehydrated I was from my run on Sunday, I rehydrated with a smoothie. This smoothie contained: Zico Water Spinach 2 T of chia seeds Frozen Strawberries Frozen Blueberries Small frozen banana 1 T peanut butter I drank 1/2 of this post run and felt 90% better. Sweat Rate and Hydration Levels
Here we are smack dab in the middle of the summer heat sweating our bums off. If your working out outdoors, staying hydrated can be a challenge.
